The Third Universal Law of Happiness

Want to learn a new language in no time at all? Use the word “happy” in as many sentences that you can during the day. Remember, the first Universal Law of Happiness touches upon the power of our words to create our reality, so stick the word “happy” in more places. For example, “I'm happy to call you back at 5 pm”, or “I'm happy to pass the salt to you”, “ I'm happy to hear your voice”, “I'm happy to go to the dry cleaner for you”.

Happy brightens even the most mundane things. Plus, it’s the easiest language to learn. Using the word “happy” more often may seem silly at first, especially for such mundane things as passing the salt shaker. But the more you do it, the more you will become it.

Simple, and it works!
